I made a lime cheesecake for Brant's work pot-luck lunch last night. He wanted to show off. He hee :)
I couldn't figure out how to decorate it. All I had was a lime. Soooo I sliced & diced & whalah .... a beautiful cheesecake. Personally I think it came out lookin' prurdy good. Hope it tastes as good as it looks! Doesn't it just make your mouth water!
