Hard Work Pays Off!!!

So some times hard work does pay off!! As site Safety Manager, along with the entire crew at Sherwin-Williams Andover, we worked very hard over the last year to become VPP Star Certified. This is the highest safety honor awarded to a site that participates in this voluntary protection program. The capstone of this adventure is the experience of INVITING OSHA onto your company site to be audited for any deficiencies (slightly stressful experience if you have never had the opportunity). After a grueling week of being audited the members of the OSHA auditing team have recommended that our site receive the VPP Star Certification!!!!!! This is not only a great personal achievement it truly has been an adventure worth every ounce of sweat.
Unfortunately I don't get much time to relax as I begin a new adventure on Monday in Texas (same thing, different office).
